I'm Jennifer Beitz, a leadership coach based in Winnipeg. Over three decades, I've worked with organizations and their teams to build cultures where people feel heard, capable, and safe to contribute fully.
After personally experiencing the cost of carrying too much — saying yes when I had nothing left, and putting myself last — I found a different way. That shift is at the heart of everything I do.
What sets my work apart isn't just the experience or the frameworks. It's that I've lived every method I teach, on my own challenges. I don't offer theory — I offer what actually works.
